Orlando Vista Hotel
you know, it seems that Orlando is a popular place for conventions and business meetings. a friend of mine will be heading down there for the 2008 American Urological Association Annual Meeting. another friend of mine will be there for some other convention in June. It’s like the perfect place for a business meeting. you can attend all the necessary meetings during the week and then at the end you can finish off by letting off some steam at some of the many Orlando attractions like SeaWorld, Universal Studios and of course Disney World. many convention goers even bring down their whole families on their business trips just so that they can take advantage of their time in Orlando. my friend that’s going to the AUA meeting told me that he’ll be staying at the Orlando Vista Hotel. He has stayed there before and highly recommends the place saying that it’s one of the best among all Lake Buena Vista Hotels. plus the hotel is situated near Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island, the House of Blues and City Walk so there’s plenty of stuff to do after getting out of all those seminars, meetings and lectures. the Orlando Vista Hotel is geared toward conventions and business travelers but they are smart enough to know to include features for kids including Kids’ Club Suites, a state of the art game room, an outdoor heated pool and free shuttles to Walt Disney World. I’ve been debating whether to take the kids down to Orlando this year or not but at least I now know a good place to stay when I do end up going there.
