The Sedona Method
I sometimes go through some rough periods where I just simply get overwhelmed by stress stemming from my financial burdens as well as from my numerous personal commitments and responsibilities. during these times, it can get a little tough clinging on to those tiny strands of hope. hope that things will turn for the better. hope that I’ll make it through this rough patch. hope that happiness will indeed come. recently I’ve come across a new way of thinking that I think can help me work through these inner issues. It’s called The Sedona Method. It’s a proven tool that has already help millions of people work their way toward a more happy and fulfilling life. These life enhancing techniques have been around since the early 1970′s from the teachings of Lester Levenson. the method takes you through easy but powerful steps that will help you let go of all the negativity and pain that you have lingering around you. it’s a bit similar to the Secret in which positive energy brings forth more positive energy. but the Sedona Method goes beyond this by helping you deal with the negative powers of the “ego” which is something that Eckhart Tolle focused on in his book A New Earth. so essentially, The Sedona Method bridges the gap between those two ways of thinking. sort of like A New Earth meets The Secret, if you will. I have a tendency to dwell upon the negatives and keep a detailed log of all those that did me wrong in my mind. but as the Sedona Method recommends, I will need to release all those negative thoughts and memories in order to allow room for happiness, joy and peace. it seems simple enough and something that I’ll continue to work through in the coming weeks. If you want to learn more about the Sedona Method, be sure to head on over to their website for their free DVD and CD offer.
