Radio Disney summer concert series
well, the summer’s almost here and like most parents, I’m trying to plan some trips with the kids during their break from school. my kids recently informed me that I need to schedule a trip with them to see one of the Radio Disney summer concerts over at Morey’s Piers in Wildwood, New Jersey. apparently it’s one of the hottest Wildwood events of the summer. if your kids are anything like mine, then you probably know all about Radio Disney and the Disney channel. I’m sorta at a loss as to why kids go crazy over all things Disney but they do. and the Radio Disney summer concert series will be featuring the hottest rising stars including Savvy & Mandy, Jordan Pruitt and A Cursive Memory throughout the month of July. the finale for the concert series will be held on July 26th at the Oceanfront Arena Wildwoods Convention Center which will feature Raven-Symone (from Disney Channel’s “That’s So Raven”), Drew Seeley and Mitchel Musso (from “Hannah Montana”). the cool thing is that the concert series (except for the finale featuring Raven-Symone) is absolutely FREE. so in order to appease the kids I’ll go ahead and schedule a New Jersey Vacation over at Morey’s Piers. there’s tons of stuff to do there including cooling off from the hot summer’s day at Morey’s Piers’ premier new jersey water park. plus since we’re headed for the Radio Disney Concerts, we can get $10 off the ticket price to the amusement pier. sweet.
