Crazy T-Shirt day
In order to boost morale at work, upper management thought implementing a crazy T-shirt day each month would lighten things up a bit. Initially we all thought the idea was pretty lame but after a while the T-shirt thing actually caught on. I’m not sure about everyone else but for me, loud and wacky T-shirts remind me of my college days. Like most college kids, any extra cash would go automatically to food and beer so stylish, designer clothing was definitely out of the question. T-shirts and jeans were pretty much standard issue on our campus. I tended to gravitate toward my musical heroes so I’d wear Paul McCartney, Sting and Todd Rundgren shirts all the time. Rundgren’s 2nd Wind tour shirt featuring “day of the dead” graphics was one of my favorites at the time. The colors were loud and the unique design was a great conversation starter. Sadly my favorite concert shirts shrank in size over the years (or perhaps I just outgrew them?) so I’m not able to wear them anymore. So, I’ve been recently re-building my T-shirt collection through Crazy Dog t-shirts. I can’t simply sit back and let my co-workers have all the fun on “crazy T-shirt day”! Since I’m a big-80’s geek, I’ve acquired some cool retro-tees.

Check ‘em out — geeky references to my childhood loves, Nintendo and classic games like Asteroids. The shirts always put a smile on my face. And yes, fun shirts like these really do lighten things up a bit at work. The Crazy Dog website is currently holding an after-holidays sale with shipping costing only $4 so stock up on some great T-shirts today!
