Autotune the News #2 – The Gregory Brothers

If you’re a regular reader of my music reviews on this blog, you probably know how much I loathe the overuse of “auto-tune” on lead vocals. My basic belief is that if you can’t sing in tune, you have no business being in a studio, recording a vocal track. But in terms of “auto-tuning” the news? I think it makes things go down a lot easier…
my favorite part is the Katie Couric segment. who knew auto-tune would turn the news into comedy gold??

OMG! I just choked on a handful of BBQ chips! That was the funniest thing Ive seen! Ive gotta go, cause I think my throats been sliced by the shards of BBQ that ripped down it.

These Auto-Tunes are the best! I’d be a lot more politically adept and well versed if they ran speeches and political news shows that were as entertaining as these clip.
