a mosquito-free summer!
Like a lot of other homeowners at this time, I’ve been spending a lot of time out in the yard. The wonderful springtime weather is pretty conducive to getting the yard cleaned up and prepped for the warm months ahead. The kids also spend a lot of time enjoying the backyard during this time. They’ve already learned that it’s best to enjoy it while they can before those darn mosquitoes take over the back yard for the summer. Yup, we’ve tried various methods over the years to combat those pesky mosquitoes but nothing seemed effective. And why did the almighty one create these pests anyway? I really don’t see a purpose for the mosquito except to be a persistent annoyance as well as a spreader of disease.
Well, I’m going to try something new this year to help rid of these unwanted pests. I recently came across a mosquito magnet review that really caught my attention. Mosquito Magnet traps are scientifically proven to be able to control the mosquito population in the outdoors. But what’s really cool about the trap is that it’s environmentally friendly with no use of poisons or harsh chemicals. Just place the Mosquito Magnet in a shaded area in your yard or near areas that are prone to standing water. The unit uses pure CO2 to attract mosquitoes into the traps. Over the course of several weeks, the mosquito population in your backyard will be significantly reduced due to the elimination of the egg-laying females.
