I have no problems with the service. It’s annoying to get use to (locking the keys so you don’t hang up on your call), but the service is great. Easy for text and email. Surfs the web with no problem. You do have to scroll with the arrow keys. To get Youtube…you have to go to tools and update phone. After that, youtube is great. I see the phones at BEST BUY all the time.

<–NICOLEE the phone at the sprint store will NOT work on the boost network and requires you to commit to a sprint 2 yr contract (that is why they have lots of them) also I have had the incognito for boost for a couple weeks now and this phone has been rock solid and has NEVER FROZE UP

THIS PHONE IS AT ANY SPRINT STORE. I DONT THINK YOU SHOULD BUT IT, I HAVE IT AND IT FREEZES ALL THE TIME. NO LIE. SO I TOOK IT BACK AND GOT A NEW ONE, SAME PROBLEM. UGH

I just bought this phone, and used it once, now whenever I make a call or someone tries to call me.. they can’t hear me AT ALL.. I can hear them. They say it’s like the mute button is on or something. I’m taking it back to the sprint store today to see what the problem is! It’s frustrating.. I lost 3 days of prepaid for a phone that isn’t working for me. On another note, I like the phone, it’s a neat little phone. Hopefully this won’t be an on going problem with this phone

Best Buy in Arundel Mills Mall (Hanover, Md.) had 6 yesterday, but no other Best Buy in Md has them right now. As stated, available only in-store, but they will hold one at customer service for 1hr. I just got one yesterday. Can’t figure out what’s the big buzz… No SIM card means a pain to transfer your contacts and if the phone should ever drop or get damaged… Also, heavier and made cheaper than the Motorola i465.
