i bought this phone like 4 months ago…already my battery is dead or the phone wont charge..waste of money..can’t stream videos or go to Pandora on here to listen to music and the front keypad is too sensitive..phone is only good for texting..I can barely hear on this phone..volume is not thaT LOUD.

Christinaaa, I guess it depends on if you purchased an extended warranty. But in any case, I would recommend contacting Sanyo customer service with your problems.
